Our framed portraits are carefully produced and shipped from the facility closest to your location. We have production facilities in 10+ countries, including the USA, Australia, Canada, the UK, and Germany, allowing for faster delivery, local fulfillment, and a lower environmental impact.
How Your Portrait Is Made and Delivered
Every portrait follows the same careful process: artwork approval → production → shipping.

Art preview (24-48 hours):

Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a digital proof of your portrait by email.

Production begins only after you approve the artwork, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
Production (2-3 business days):

Your approved portrait is printed on heavyweight museum-style matte paper, framed in your choice of black, white, or oak, and prepared for shipping.
Shipping:
- Your framed portrait is carefully shipped from the production facility closest to your location.
Shipping Times (After Production)
- Australia & NZ: 4–8 business days
- USA: 4–9 business days
- Canada: 4-9 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
- Germany: 4-7 business days
- Other European Union: 4-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 8-12 business days
During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer (up to 5 weeks).

Tracking & Order Updates
Once your framed portrait is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Peak Seasons & Special Occasions
During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and major holidays, production and shipping times may be slightly longer.
If you're ordering for a special date, we recommend placing your order early to allow plenty of time.
