Our policy is built around one simple promise: we don't move forward until it feels exactly right.
Because all of our products are custom-made, our policies are designed to ensure fairness for both you and our artists.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Every portrait is created from the photo you provide and carefully hand-illustrated just for you.
- We offer unlimited free revisions to make sure your portrait captures them perfectly.
- Our goal is to reflect your pet's personality, expression, and presence as accurately as possible.
- Most customers are moved the moment they see their portrait for the first time. For the rare few who want adjustments, we keep refining until it feels right.
Custom Orders and Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind and cannot cancel orders once they have entered production. Each portrait is created specifically for you and your pet, making it uniquely personal.
That said, if you're not satisfied with your final product, please reach out to us. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us and we will always work with you to make it right.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or damage during transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, the outer packaging, and any internal packaging or inserts
Providing clear photos helps us quickly approve your replacement, report the issue to our production and logistics partners, and prevent similar issues in the future.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you've placed an order and need to make a change, you may request a cancellation or modification within 30 minutes of purchase.
After 30 minutes, changes or cancellations may be granted at our discretion, as our artists often begin work shortly after an order is placed.
Photo Quality and Artwork Expectations
The final result of your portrait depends on the quality of the photo you upload.
Please note:
- Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos produce the best results.
- Low-quality or blurry photos may affect the final artwork.
- We create artwork based on the photo provided, and certain edits (such as changing expressions or closing/opening mouths) may not be possible.
- Minor adjustments like red-eye removal or eye-color correction may be accommodated when possible.
